Supported Living
Nisacraftcare LTD provides supported living which is housing where support and/or care services are provided to help people to live as independently as possible. This service us for individuals who are aged 18 and above; we provide services to people with the physical and learning disabilities, mental health, autism, complex needs, medical needs and brain injuries. Our accommodations range from self contained flats to shared housing with some rooms having access to an ensuite.
We provide support in a range of areas which include (but not exclusive to):
-Personal care
-Medication management
-Domestic tasks (cooking, cleaning and shopping)
- Community inclusion
- Managing finances
- Support with finding employment or education
. We can offer a bespoke package for service users who require a more detailed package.
Domicilary Care
Our experienced and highly trained staff provide the highest quality of care to both service users and their families.We support people to maintain their independence and confidence. Sometimes clients experience difficulty after illness or during illness to get out and about and engage with activities of daily living. We have a team of experienced carers who will assist and support Service Users to continue managing their illness or recovery from illness in their own home. Our services include (but not limited to) medication management, personal care, appointment chaperone, meal preparation and cleaning the home and shopping.

Residential Care
Nisacraftcare LTD provide accommodation as well as 24-hour personal care and support for older people and adults who struggle to live independently, but do not need nursing care. Our care teams will help people manage daily life, such as assisting with getting dressed, washing and eating.

Day Care services
We provide Day Care Services which focuses on social and recreational services in Harrow. Our centre was created to give family or caregivers are much needed break; we have activities such as movie nights, coffee mornings, arts and crafts, days out, yoga and exercise classes. Our day care services are available for people who have physical and learning disabilities, mental health, autism, complex needs, medical needs and brain injuries and aged 18 and over.
